Caring for your pots

All of my products are handmade with love, care and attention to detail. As with all handmade artworks, each piece is slightly different making every pot individual and one of a kind. The glaze is dishwasher and food safe although I recommend hand washing to maintain the longevity of your piece. If using the dishwasher, place in very carefully. 

Processing Time
I do my best to get orders out quickly but please note it can take up to 4 days processing time before dispatch.
Shipping
All delivery costs to the UK are free of charge, unless the buyer requests First Class delivery, in which case they are responsible for payment of extra costs. If the parcel is going over seas the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping and any fees, customs or import taxes. I am not responsible for delays due to customs, postal strikes or national holidays.  
If you'd rather come and collect your order from the studio please get in touch to arrange this.
If a shipped order goes missing or becomes lost in transit, please get in touch with myself and the postage company.
Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase please get in touch no later than 7 days after your item has arrived. I only accept returns or exchanges on a case by case basis so please choose carefully and get in contact if you have any queries before you purchase.
Once the product has left my studio, I am not responsible for any breakages or cracks, ceramics are fragile but can be long lasting when handled with care. 
Commissions
When requesting commissions, please allow for up to 4 weeks of production for mugs and bowls. Larger commissions or sets of items may take longer. This is especially important if your requested item has a deadline like a Birthday or Christmas. 
During busy periods I may turn down commissions if I know I won't have the time to complete them.
